Architectural Properties,Inc. was founded by Robert K. Kessel, CEO.
Mr. Kessel was the founder of Kessel/Duff Construction Corp.in Burlington VT. and later President and CEO of Kessel Construction Corp., a Florida based, multi-million dollar Design/Build/Development company responsible for the architectural design and constuction of numerous residential high-rise and commercial buildings. Mr. Kessel has over forty years of executive management experience, specifically related to constuction budget management and critical management decisions using the CPM (Critical Path) analysis method.
Mr. Kessel has acted as advisor and business management consultant. Most recently, he was interim president to the George C. Marshall Foundation in Leesburg, VA.
Mr. Kessel is an accomplished jazz accordionist, general aviation multi-engine instument rated pilot. He is a retired Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He has been an elected member of the Huntington and Northport, NY School Boards.
